JDH AusMadeLogo

WA family owned and operated Since 1981. We produce all our own wood heaters in Western Australia at our Maddington manufacturing plant with the assistance of a team of over 40 employees.

Made to comply with Australian Standards, AS/NZS4013, 1999. We have been producing solid-steel constructed wood heaters, built to local conditions and using many regionally sourced materials, for over 37 years. In this time, we have developed a strong reputation as a premium supplier. As such, our heaters are now distributed all over Australia via our national dealer network. In Tasmania, Jarrahdale Wood Heaters are currently represented by 8 authorised agents from Launceston to Hobart. Our heaters are also available in South Australia, Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.

Factory direct wood heaters

All our slow-combustion wood heaters are made right here in Australia. As such, every Jarrahdale Wood Heater is given the Australian Quality Standards stamp of approval, and is personally checked by us before leaving the factory. Our heaters do not travel oceans to get to you. They are available straight from our factory to your home, via your local agent representative. This means you not only save money, but can rest assured you are receiving a quality wood heater, and parts and accessories will always be readily available.

Laser Cutter 2

At Jarrahdale Heating we are always striving to improve our capabilities and efficiencies. This means staying up-to-date with the latest manufacturing techniques to ensure we always offer the very best quality finish and that stock is always readily available.

From 2014-2017 we acquired new, high-precision metal cutting machinery and state-of-the-art technology to complement our existing equipment. This included a new ART high-definition plasma cutter, Bystronic DNE D-Fast 1530 laser cutter and a water cutting machine; each featuring CAD design technology. As a result, you can rest assured that every solid-steel part of your Jarrahdale Wood Heater has been fabricated with the greatest accuracy and care.

Countryman Built In
We are committed to designing new wood heaters in response to emerging trends and market feedback. In 2018, we welcomed two new heater models to the Jarrahdale range; the Countryman and Clydesdale.

Designed in response to market demand for a wood heater to suit larger scale homes, the Countryman and Clydesdale offer impressive heating capabilities, warming areas up to 350sq/m, making them perfect for open-plan living areas and homes with high ceilings or a mezzanine floor. Both models are available as either a freestanding or built-in wood heater.

Every Jarrahdale Wood Heater includes a 10 year Firebox Warranty + 3 year Baffle Warranty + 1 year Fan and Air-tube Warranty. We assist with all warranty matters by directly coordinating replacement parts and repairs with your choosen authorised agent (place of purchase).

As of August 2014, all wood heaters manufactured in Australia must adhere to the Australian Standard for wood heater emissions (AS/NZS 4013), ensuring they are clean burning and environmentally responsible. Nationally, the AHHA has instituted a robust Certification Procedure to ensure locally-made wood heaters comply with these standards. As a member of the AHHA, Jarrahdale Heating is strongly committed to air quality and the promotion of wood heaters as a clean and efficient form of heating. Every Jarrahdale Wood Heater complies with the standards, and in many cases during testing, our heater models were found to far exceed the set emission benchmarks.

Customer Service is our priority and passion. That’s why we are readily available, in office and online, to take your enquiries and offer customer support to our dealer network. Plus, because we manufacture many of our products right here in Australia, you can feel confident we will always have the equipment and know-how to assist with warranty claims and supply of parts.
